Asia League Ice Hockey

The Asia League Ice Hockey is a nine team league that has teams from Japan, China, and South Korea. In the inaugural season of 2004-2005, eight teams played a 42-game schedule, with the top 4 teams advancing to the playoffs in which the semifinals and finals are played in a best-of-5 format.
